Key steps for using a gauge block bracket to clamp gauge blocks:

Firstly, adjust the position of the top limit screw according to the length of the selected measuring block, so that the positioning line of the supporting point of the measuring block is aligned with the supporting point of the measuring block bracket;

Use an angle ruler to adjust the fixed bracket to a 90 degree angle with the measuring block placement plane, while locking the screws on the fixed bracket So as to ensure that the fastening screws on the fixed bracket can be vertically pressed onto the upper surface of the measuring block;

Place the hemisphere into the ball socket corresponding to each measuring block's Aili point, and then place measuring blocks of different lengths in their respective positions. At the same time, install locking rods according to the positions of Aili points on each measuring block;

Gently rotate the copper screw on the fixed bracket by hand to tighten the quantitative block, being careful not to apply too much force Then tighten the rear locking rod nut until the lower surface of the measuring block is tightly attached to the semi spherical surface of the self positioning support;

Adjustment of measuring block bracket：

Maintenance and precautions:
1. Measuring block:

Handle with care and strictly prohibit collision. Any damage caused by collision must be repaired, and in severe cases, it will be scrapped;

Before use, the working surface should be wiped clean with aviation gasoline, silk cloth, degreased cotton or cotton cloth. After use, it should be wiped clean and rust proof oil should be applied to both the working and non working surfaces;

When the measuring block is not in use, it should be placed sideways on the workbench. If it is installed on a bracket and not in use temporarily, the clamping screw should be loosened;

Wear fine yarn gloves during operation and do not directly touch the measuring block with your hands;

The measuring block bracket needs to be placed directly on the measuring machine platform for use, and it is forbidden to place it randomly on the ground or in easily contaminated areas;

When using the measuring block bracket, it is necessary to wipe the three organic glass supports and the measuring block installation surface on the bottom surface of the support with silk cloth, degreasing cotton or cotton cloth, and check and ensure that the measuring block installation surface is flat, smooth and free of warping The paint surface should be free of scratches or peeling, and the ball socket placed in the hemisphere should be free of oil stains, iron filings, or other impurities;
